Wellness Center
Purpose

The Wellness Center, also known as “The Tropics”, is a safe and supportive space designed to meet students’ social, emotional and mental well-being needs throughout the school day. Our goal is to empower students with practical tools and strategies that help them feel balanced, focused and ready to learn. Students may use the Wellness Center to take short, structured brain breaks to reset and refocus, learn and practice coping skills for managing everyday emotions and stress, as well as learn how to regulate emotions during moments of frustration, sadness or anxiety.
The Wellness Center is located in D-4.
Students MUST have a pass or referral to access the Wellness Center
