Jehue Administration
Principal Germaine Gray

Dear Jaguar Families,
Welcome to the 2025–2026 school year at Jehue Middle School—home of the Jaguars, where we live out our theme of "Jehue L.O.V.E. : Learning, Opportunities, Validation, and Expectations". Each day, we will strive to create an environment where all students are empowered to grow academically, socially, and emotionally.
As we begin this new school year, we are building on the foundation of remarkable achievements. Over the past several years, our school has been recognized both nationally and statewide for its excellence. We are proud to be named a "Schools to Watch" campus—placing us among the top 3% of middle schools in the nation for having the systems, supports, and rigorous instruction that help all students succeed. Jehue has also been honored as a California Gold-Level Green School, and an AVID Schoolwide Site of Distinction, demonstrating our commitment to environmental sustainability and college readiness. Our positive school culture has earned us PBIS Gold and Platinum Awards, and we proudly serve as the first secondary Dual Immersion Language Program in Rialto Unified School District—preparing our multilingual eighth graders for success in both high school and beyond.
At Jehue Middle School, we know that success is a partnership. We deeply value the collaboration between school and home, and we invite families to be active participants in the Jaguar journey. Through your involvement and support, we can ensure every student is seen, supported, and held to high expectations. As your new principal, I am committed to being a visible instructional leader. I will be in classrooms regularly—engaging with students, supporting teachers, and reinforcing our schoolwide goals. Our assistant principals will do the same. While this may occasionally delay our availability for drop-in visits, our outstanding office team is ready to assist you and will make sure your concerns are addressed in a timely manner.
Let’s work together to make this school year our best yet. With Jehue L.O.V.E. as our guide and the determination to Get Better Every Day, there’s no limit to what we will achieve.
In partnership,
Germaine A. Gray

Dear Families and Community Members,
Welcome to Jehue Middle School. I am honored to serve as Assistant Principal and to continue working alongside our students, staff, and families. This is my second year as Assistant Principal and my twelfth year at Jehue, a school community that I am proud to call home.

Jehue is a special place where we are committed to fostering a safe, supportive, and inclusive learning environment for all students.
As Assistant Principal, my focus is on supporting student success through strong school systems, positive relationships, and collaboration with families and staff. Specialists

Hello Jaguars!
As Program Specialist, I’m part of the school’s leadership team, working with administrators, teachers, staff, students, and families to make sure every student has the support they need to succeed. I work closely with English Learners and other students who need extra guidance by tracking progress, helping with testing, and supporting reclassification. I also help plan special programs, coordinate parent and community involvement, and provide training for teachers so they feel confident helping students grow academically and behaviorally.
I bring 15 years of experience in education, including 10 years in the Rialto school district, and hold both a teaching credential and an administrative services credential. I also have master’s degrees in Educational Technology and Administrative Services, which I use to design effective programs, monitor student progress, and guide staff with practical strategies. Having spent most of my career as a high school teacher, I understand where our middle schoolers are headed and how to prepare them for success in high school.
I’m excited to be part of the Jehue team this year and look forward to a school year full of learning, growth, and community.
